Avenir Aviation is an FAA/EASA FAR 145 MRO facility founded in 2008 by experienced engineers/ DERs. Our company has extensive expertise in the repair/overhaul of advanced composite and metallic airframe components. Further, we provide in-house DER repair development and approval. We have developed in excess of 3,000 DER repairs to help operators save time and money. We specialize in Nacelle components, all flight control surfaces, radomes, doors, panels, fairings, ducts (metallic and composites), etc. We have capability for most commercial aircraft and engine platforms including Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, V2500-X, CFM56, PW2000/4000, RB211 and CF6-80A/C2.

We provide added value to our customers by reducing the cost of material through FAA-DER repairs. Our staff engineers and DERs “Designated Engineering Representatives” generate and approve 8110-3 repairs to salvage expensive components when the required component repair is outside the scope of the OEM CMM/SRM. In many cases, all processes required to implement the repairs are performed in-house (i.e., welding, machining, fabrication, etc) hence, ensuring a higher quality product, faster turnaround times, and savings to the customer.
